Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your PEST OFFENSE® purchase. Orders placed on pestoffense.com are fulfilled by Amazon, and eligible items come with free, easy returns through Amazon.

30-Day Free Returns

• You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Returns are free — a prepaid return label is provided.
• Items should be in resellable condition, in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

• Open the order confirmation or shipping confirmation email you received after purchase and click the order status link.
• From the order details page, choose Return and follow the steps to print your prepaid label or select a drop-off option.
• Drop off your return at the selected location (options include UPS Stores, Amazon stores, and Whole Foods Market, where available).

Refunds

• For eligible items, the refund is processed when the item is dropped off, or when it is received and reviewed at the fulfillment center.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at ecommerce@pestoffense.com within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders ship quickly from Amazon fulfillment centers, so cancellation windows are short. If you need to cancel, email us at ecommerce@pestoffense.com as soon as possible after placing the order. If the order has already shipped, you can return it under our 30-day return policy once it arrives.
